Crystal Villa

The stunning Crystal Villas (derived from the name of the precious gemstone) are located towards the highest part of the site and enjoy superior sea views. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining space opens out onto the spacious pool terrace, which combines perfectly for relaxing dinners or evening entertainment. Two master bedrooms and the third bedroom are located on the upper floor, while a fourth bedroom on the pool level has its own private terrace and direct access to the pool.

Owners typically choose one of the stylish (and functional) interior furniture design packages provided by the development team.

With input from each owner to reflect their taste, color and fabric preferences, an individual fully rent-ready furniture package can be provided so villas can be handed over 'rent-ready' and ready-to-live-in.
